This study aims to highlight the significance of big data processing and its role in facilitating digital commerce, mainly through Amazon's digital platform. By analyzing data and statistics, we clarify the precise meaning of digital commerce, which relies on analyzing vast customer data alongside other digital technologies. Amazon's evolution from an online bookstore to a digital commerce giant has driven by its commitment to customer satisfaction, utilizing technology and big data collection and analysis. As a result, Amazon has distinguished itself with key attributes that have contributed to the widespread growth of digital commerce across various competitive sectors.
