Effect of Artificial Intelligence Management System on the Performance of Corporate Governance in Nigeria

Abstract

The study examined the effect of the Artificial Intelligence Management System on the Performance of Corporate Governance in Nigeria. The specific objectives are to examine the effect of Machine Learning Algorithms on the Performance and evaluate the effect of Natural Language Processing (NLP) on the Performance of Corporate Governance in Nigeria. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. A well-structured questionnaire design with a five-point Likert scale was used to collect data for the study. The data was analyzed using a one-sample t-test analysis. The result reveals that   Machine Learning Algorithms have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Corporate Governance, with a P-value of 0.000<0.05, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Corporate Governance, with a P-value of 0.000<0.05 in Nigeria. The study concluded that the Artificial Intelligence Management System has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Corporate Governance in Nigeria. The study recommended, among others, that Organizations should prioritize the implementation of Machine Learning Algorithms to improve data analysis and decision-making processes.
