Abstract

Optimizing task division is key to making sure that agile teams are efficient and productive in today's quickly changing business world, especially in human resource management (HR). Resource management is a key part of making sure that employees don't have too much work, that there are enough resources, and that the workplace is a good place to work together. This essay looks at how Resource Management Information Systems (RMIS) can be added to agile HR practices to make better use of human resources and improve how they are allocated and managed. To keep up with the changing needs of modern businesses, HR departments are using agile methods more and more. These methods are known for their iterative cycles, flexibility, and agility. RMIS is a methodical way to make sure that resources are used effectively, tasks are assigned properly, and job imbalances are kept to a minimum. This makes employees happier and helps the business succeed. The study looks at how RMIS can help streamline HR processes, focusing on its ability to give real-time information about employees' availability, skills, and job needs. This method is based on data, which helps HR managers decide how to best use resources so that the right person is put in charge of the right job at the right time. The study also shows how important it is for agile teams to be clear about how they divide up work. This builds trust and prevents problems before they happen. This paper also talks about the problems that companies face when they try to use RMIS in an agile HR setting. These problems include combining data from different platforms, the need for constant tracking, and the fact that RMIS is hard to match with agile methods. It goes into more detail about the benefits of RMIS, such as how it can help you prioritize tasks better, make decisions faster, and work together better as a team. There are case studies that show how companies have successfully used RMIS to improve resource management in rapid HR processes
